Our People

Gotcha4Life is proud to have a small, yet hard-working and talented team of people who are dedicated to building a more mentally fit future.

Gus Worland

Belinda Elworthy

Chief Executive Officer

Founder, Mental Fitness Advocate & Speaker

“I hope that one day we learn to embrace the tools and skills of mental fitness in our earliest years of education, just like we do for literacy and numeracy. My hope is that by the time my 3 sons are my age, building your mental fitness is part of our everyday life.”

“I want a society where everyone has a Gotcha4Life mate. That go-to person who you can open up to and rely on for anything. A world where we seek help when life gets challenging. Where we can build open and honest relationships and feel comfortable expressing ourselves, no matter what.”

Cassandra Nable

Head of Partnerships

“As a parent of 3 teens, I can see how vital it is to build mental fitness from an early age. I love that we are now teaching mental fitness skills to kids as young as four, and my dream would be for every child in Australia to have this opportunity. That’s why I’m passionate about working with incredible like-minded partners, who can help us scale our programs and make that vision a reality.”

Jennifer Keyes

Head of Product & Innovation

“I’m proud to play a role in shaping the programs and tools that help people build their mental fitness. Everything we create is backed by evidence but designed to feel simple, useful and easy to use, whether it’s in a classroom, on our Mental Fitness Gym app or around the kitchen table at home. For me, it means a lot to be part of a team that’s helping close the prevention gap and giving people the skills and knowledge to better handle life’s ups and downs.”

Lia Kostopoulos

Head of Brand Impact & Expansion

“I feel privileged to work with such an incredible and passionate team, helping to raise awareness to our Gotcha4Life brand that inspires people to take action to make building mental fitness part of their everyday life.  It's special to know that all the campaigns we work on to bring awareness and valuable funds will create a generation of mentally fit adults who can thrive no matter what life throws at them.”

Debbie Johnson

“I love working for Gotcha4Life. It's all because of the incredible people I get to work with every day. They are all so passionate and dedicated to making a real difference to the mental fitness of Aussies everywhere. Being around them is like getting a big warm hug! Knowing that all our hard work is having a positive impact on the lives of others is so fulfilling.”

Jose Gilbert

Head of Campaign Fundraising & Individual Giving

Head of Philanthropy

“I feel incredibly lucky to be part of a smart, passionate and fun team that’s working hard to transform how we approach mental fitness in Australia. For me, the most rewarding part of my role is supporting our incredible donors to connect with our transformational programs that are truly making a difference in people’s lives.”

Jolene Barilla

Head of Mentally Fit Schools

“I’m proud to work alongside the dedicated Gotcha4Life team in creating positive and transformative community change, inspiring people to take action to build their mental fitness. The meaningful impact of our program delivery and the growing reach of our initiatives motivate me everyday.”
