Two great guys ran the Blackmore’s Sydney running festival with Gotcha4Life as their charity to donate to. When I asked them why Gotcha4Life - they responded with : “We love the idea of having a mate which is your gotcha mate, we love the work that Gotcha4Life does and we are ourselves young men and have seen first hand the impact that a lack of conversation and a lack of communication between young men in crisis can have.”

Gotcha4Life wants all aussie males in Australia to take action, check in, start the emotional even confronting conservation with their country mates and let them know they are there for them no matter what the circumstance.

Men’s Mental Health Week was in June and along with the Gotcha4Life Rock Ball, Chemist Warehouse and Unilever supported the foundation by setting up initiatives in each of their 300 stores and produced a “Lynx” Gotcha4Life Body Spray.
