Man Anchor run a number of different programs to encourage the community to kick start a positive conversation around mental health as well as the tools to support friends, family and the wider community. The programs range from the #letstalk workshop which is a relaxed platform to start the conversation around mental health and the importance of self-care to the Communication With Care training that addresses the communication skills needed to support a loved one during crisis.
